1. International Call. The participating works may not exceed 15 minutes except for the Documentary section will have a maximum of 30 minutes.

EXPERIMENTAL FICTION


DOCUMENTARY TAKES THE HOUSE AND RUN. For short made in the Northwestern Community of Madrid or any member of the technical or artistic lives in that area.

3. Registration for all sections will be held exclusively on-line through the official festival website www.visual-ma.com. Registrants will receive a confirmation email.

4. Work which will allow only format Video recording is original and Super8. Video Format chosen can be either professional or amateur. The only format supported is the Super8 film.

5. 2 works is permitted by author maximum.

6. Only accept works in Castilian language or that language queutilice the subtitle.

7. All films must be submitted in DVD format. The papers presented will not be returned and will become part of the library of the Organization.

8. Along with the work submitted for competition (in the same or a different DVD) will be sent a photograph of work in jpg format (300 dpi, 10 x 15 cms) and online registration form duly completed. Failure to provide this data may be grounds for disqualification. Will be sent to:

12. The Festival will run from 22 to 28 May 2010 at the premises of the House of Culture Carmen Conde (Majadahonda, Plaza Colón s / n).

14. A competent jury prize fail FICTION, DOCUMENTARY, EXPERIMENTAL and TAKE THE HOUSE AND RUN. The Jury's decision will be announced during the closing ceremony of the Festival.

15. Prizes can not be combined with each other and in no case be declared void.

16. The author gives permission for his short film is played via the Internet on the official website of Festival.

17. The festival organizers VISUAL.09 resolve to understand any event not specified in these rules and any amendments thereto.
