Collective Art and Design is open Penca reports that the call for the 6th. Short Film Festival Penca to be held in February 2011 in the city of San Juan, Argentina. The categories are fiction, experimental, documentary and animation, can take up to 15 minutes and received until 3 January.
Under the 6th. edition will be launched on 1st . Screenwriting Contest Penca. 3 dashes will be chosen and awarded with the rental of 2 days of filming equipment, days on the island of editing video and audio, as well as technical advice for professionals.
